Can somebody help me I just bought a Motorola h700 from ebay. I knew there were some fakes going around and I tried not to get one, so I bought one that advertised as US version version B etc. When it arrived in fake Motorola packaging I found out it was a total knockoff. Besides contacting the seller what can I do? I paid with paypal through a credit card, can master card help me, can I claim the product wasn't as advertised?

Your credit card company will take care of that, just tell them what happened. Always use a credit card when using ebay/paypal!!!

i dont want to just say dito but i can confirm what they both said from personal experience, paypal will hold back the payment and probably return it to you, if not your credit card will just stop payment good luck tell us how it all turned out
btw, did you check feedback first before bidding?

I had a problem where I bought something from a legit internet company, and when it came, it was'nt enough postage, and i had to pay $3.53 to the post office. luckily I paid with paypal, so all I did was go to my account and file a complaint. am now waiting for a response.

This is from the paypal website:
Dispute resolution on PayPal purchases.
When you pay with PayPal, you gain access to a forum for dispute resolution called the Resolution Center. Through it, you can file a claim against: A physical good that you paid for but never received.
A physical good you purchased on eBay that is significantly different than what was described in the listing. Dispute Resolution specialists gather information about your transaction and help you resolve the issue. Throughout the process, you’ll be advised of your claim’s status via email and on your Account Overview page.
For specific terms and conditions, please review the Buyer Complaint Policy in our User Agreement. (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/policy_buyer_complaint-outside)

if you got scammed why did he have to forgive you?! He sold me a product with a trick behind it.... I didn't pay yet, so that's when I spoke to him.
